Daily Auto News 2011 Nissan Versa Pricing Stays Low
Daily Auto News

If you’re shopping for an affordable small car, it’s tough to find one that’s more affordable than the Nissan Versa. And, luckily for budget-minded shoppers, the Versa’s pricing is going to stay low in 2011.
Kicking Tires explains: “The Nissan Versa will remain the cheapest new car on the market for the 2011 model year with a starting price of $9,990 for the 1.6 base model. That’s just squeaking in below the $10K mark until you consider the $750 destination fee.”
“The Nissan Versa hasn’t received any substantial updates since its 2007 debut,” writes Autoblog. “It’s a shame, since there’s some pretty stiff competition on the market these days, especially from the likes of the Suzuki SX4, Honda Fit and Ford Fiesta. Still, Nissan adds incremental updates annually, and the 2011 model year is no different.”
USA Today adds, “Though the car is mostly unchanged from 2010, there are a few refinements, like a six-disc CD player on the fancier 1.8 S sedan and anti-lock brakes on most of the 1.6 sedans. Versa is also available with a built-in navigation system.”
Car and Driver says, “The 2011 Versa is available now at Nissan dealerships.” We’ll have a full review of the 2011 Versa up soon, so continue to check back.
