Hyundai reveals facelifted i10 Official pictures and details of Hyundai’s facelifted and updated i10 supermini.
Hyundai has given its i10 a nip and tuck! The new-look supermini features a new look, new engines and, as a result, the firm claims that the i10 becomes the cheapest five-seat car on the market to achieve sub-100g/km CO2.

The revised i10 features a look inspired by the firm’s fluidic sculpture design language that dictated the styling of the ix35 and ix20 models. There are new headlights, taillights and bumpers, all designed to make sure there’s a clear link between the i10 and Hyundai’s latest models.

The necomer goes on sale on March 1, and includes the firm’s first sub-100g/km Blue model, which is exempt from road tax and the London Congestion Charge. Powered an all-new 1.0-litre three-cylinder Kappa petrol engine, the i10 Blue returns 67.3mpg, as well as 99g/km.

The new i10 is also available with a revised 1.25-litre Kappa engine which gives 13 per cent more power (85bhp), 9.2% less CO2 (108g/km) and 8.7% better fuel consumption (61.4mpg) than the outgoing engine.

The revised range consists of four trim grades – Blue, Classic, Active and Style – all of which offer air conditioning, four airbags, a six-speaker stereo, electric windows, central locking and an iPod connector as standard kit.

Prices start at £8,195 for the entry-level Classic model, and all models are covered by Hyundai’s Five Year Triple Care package, which includes five-year unlimited mileage warranty, five years’ roadside assistance and five years of vehicle health checks.
