If you’ve recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler, you may need to head back to the dealership. Chrysler is recalling about 20,500 Jeep Wranglers from the 2010 and 2011 model years for loose front and rear axles. Wranglers manufactured between July 12, 2010 and September 10, 2010 may have steering problems due to bolts that were fastened too loosely, according to Left Lane News. The publication adds that that some bolts that attach the axles to the may not have been tightened enough, which could cause the bolts loosen. This could result in noise, vibration, and possibly a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of an accident.

If you are affected by this recall, you can take your Jeep Wrangler to your dealer, where they will tighten the fasteners to the maximum torque level, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) states in its summary of the recall.
