Prices announced for facelifted Eos Volkswagen opens order books for facelifted Eos, priced from £22,895.
VW’s revised Eos in now available to order. The convertible starts at £22,895, and the first UK cars will arrive in VW dealers early in 2011. The range is priced to include the new 20 per cent VAT rate, which helps explain the jump from the £20,695 that the current entry-level model costs.
The Eos made its debut at the LA Auto Show last week, and features slightly tweaked styling to bring it in line with the rest of VW’s range.Â
The engine range comprises TSI petrol and TDI diesel engines ranging from 120bhp to 207bhp, each equipped with a six-speed manual gearbox or, on selected models, the option of a six-speed DSG gearbox.Â
Prices range from £22,895 for the base 1.4-litre SE petrol with a manual gearbox, to £31,820 for the top-spec Exclusive 2.0-litre petrol with a DSG gearbox.
